Why I don't have access to all my photos?

When using our Apps to access your Photo Library, some times you do not have access to all of your photos. This is because that some of your photos are not stored on your local device, instead, they are stored on your iCloud. 

If a photo is stored on your iCloud, iZip will show a small cloud icon on its thumbnail. To be able to access these photos, you will need to download them to your local device. You can do that through Photos app. Just open the photo once in Photos app, you will download it to your local device. Once the photo is downloaded, you will be able to access it in iZip.

We are currently working on a new update in iZip, which will allow iZip to download the photos in iCloud automatically. We are expecting this feature to be available soon.
