Why I don't see all files in Google Drive?
Google has requested all third party access to Google Drive to use a more restricted scope. iZip has to use the new scope when a user logs into his/her Google Drive. In this new scope, not all files are accessible by our iZip. You will only see the files uploaded by iZip.
If you need to access other files in Google Drive, the best way to do so is through Google Drive app. The steps are:
- Start Google Drive app, tap on "Files" button on the toolbar.
- Long press files to select them.
- Tap "..." on the upper right corner, select "Download"
- In the popup screen, select "Copy to iZip"
The selected files will be copied to iZip and you can zip them from there.
